From May to June and September to December we offer eco-holiday accommodation in our newly constructed garden house. It offers spectacular views over the valley facing towards the west and it stands completely independent from the main house to give you a privacy. It is 5mins drive from Sant Tomas beach, 5 mins walk to the village of Es Migjorn.
It has one bedroom with a double bed, furnished spacious kitchen, fridge, gas cooker, bathroom, shaded terrasse, wi-fi, washing machine, parking facilities. We provide bed sheets, towels and local speciality food upon arrival for your convenience and pleasure (2 bottles of wine, cheese, olives, olive oil and bread). Please contact us if you have any other needs.
€70 per night / €450 per week / €1600 per month.
During July and August we offer family eco-holiday accommodation in our rural house (2 people) and independently standing garden house (2 people). You can use all the facilities of both properties and the whole land as well as our spacious tent that offers sleeping facilities for another 2-4 people.
We will ask you to take care of our 2 friendly cats during your stay. Please bear in mind the house is off-grid and the solar panels are the only source of electricity so we need to educate you how to use it efficiently.
You can use our small dipping pool as a part of the package.
There will be a gardener coming once a week to cut the grass.
€1600 per week (minimum stay) / €5500 per month.
